Combine almond milk, vanilla, water, coconut oil, almond meal, milk chocolate, coconut, and salt in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Remove from heat and set aside.2.
Combine melted butter, softened coconut oil and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, add in the milk chocolate and whisk until melted.3.
Add in melted butter and stir in the cooled almond milk mixture and cocoa powder.
Stir until combined.
